Who qualifies as an Accredited Investor?
Anyone qualifies as an Accredited Investor if any of the following is met:
Minimum income of S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in the last 12 months; or
Net financial assets exceeding S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
Net personal assets exceeding S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), with the net value of the primary place of residence contributing up to S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
How to sign up as an Accredited Investor?
Signing up is simple. Accredited Investors are verified within minutes through Singpass, and most manual verifications are completed within three days.
