HOT/INR: Convert Holo (HOT) to Indian Rupee (INR)

Holo (HOT) is a peer-to-peer platform that hosts decentralized applications (DApps) developed using Holochain, a unique framework that doesn't rely on blockchain technology. Holo aims to bridge the gap between the broader internet and Holochain-based apps, creating an ecosystem where these DApps are easily accessible. The Holo network is facilitated by a token called HoloFuel, which is designed to compensate hosts for their services. Holo is still in the development phase, with its founders, Arthur Brock and Eric Harris-Braun, leading the project. They bring a wealth of experience in contract coding and alternative currency systems to the table.

Holo operates through a network of hosts that provide storage and processing power for DApps built using Holochain. Hosts either install software on their computer that runs in the background, allocating extra processing power to Holochain-based DApps, or they operate a dedicated machine such as a HoloPort. In return, hosts are compensated in HoloFuel, a token specifically designed for microtransactions. The design of HoloFuel is expected to enable the Holo network to process billions of simultaneous transactions. The project's business model is centered on building a peer-to-peer ecosystem of hosts and applications.

Holo's potential use cases are vast, given its ability to host peer-to-peer apps on the internet for mainstream users. Holo was founded by Arthur Brock and Eric Harris-Braun, both experienced contract coders. The project began in December 2016 as part of the MetaCurrency Project, a developer of tools and technology designed to power a future peer-to-peer economy. Holo was partially modeled after Ceptr, a cooperative peer-to-peer framework for DApps that the founders had previously worked on. In 2018, the project minted an ERC-20 token, HOT, also known as HoloToken, as an "IOU" that will be redeemable for HoloFuel upon launch. The project is still in development and is expected to launch for open alpha and beta testing.
