As per the whitepaper, Leopard uses the proof-of-work (PoW) consensus mechanism for block creation, while the native cryptocurrency, LEOPARD, is built on the BEP-20 architecture. BEP-20 is the standards protocol that defines the rules of token usage on the BSC network.
