Venom (VNM) is a token with deflationary characteristics that operates on the ERC-20 blockchain. It is designed with a rewards system and true burn mechanics, and strives to foster a community-driven ecosystem. The token is part of the V.I.P.E.R. system, which stands for Venom Injections Plus Extra Rewards, a system designed to compensate and safeguard VNM token holders. The system includes features such as reward multipliers, tax incentives, holder protections, and true burn. Venom has rolled out the V-dApp, a staking and rewards platform where holders can stake and claim their VNM tokens.

Venom operates through a system that incentivizes community participation and aims to add an element of fun to the tokenomics. The V-dApp allows users to claim rewards and boost reward tiers over time. The 'Stake Pit' feature provides additional features for holders, allowing them to receive rewards, plus a percentage APY and sliding scale vesting period. Venom also has a function known as Venom's Antidote, designed to provide rewards and benefit Venom's trading chart performance even on sells. This function triggers a swap on the next sale when a certain amount of tokens have been collected in taxes, converting VNM tokens to ETH for tax payouts and processing the dividend tracker for rewards in one single sell transaction.

Venom seeks to provide a range of options for the use of its token. One of the integrations is with ChappyGPT, a decentralized Chat2Earn platform that rewards community members for chatting, engaging, creating, and interacting for Venom. Another integration is with IvendPay, a multi-currency payment system that allows payments in any cryptocurrency, electronic money, or Fiat. Venom has integrated into the IvendPay payment service, providing holders with the option to use their tokens as a means of payment.

Venom was conceived in September 2022 by Crypto Slimer, an individual with experience in the financial industry who transitioned to the crypto space in 2017. Disturbed by the influx of projects in the crypto market, he decided to create a project that would compensate the crypto community differently than other projects. He assembled a team of individuals with experience in managing projects, marketing tokens, developing and deploying smart contracts, managing communities, web development, dApp development, and creating artwork. The team has since worked on developing and testing smart contracts, completing KYC with Assure Defi, and developing the website and v-dApp among other milestones.
